Hello community,
I am so pleased to have the opportunity to share my love of all things creative with you.
I believe everyone person is born with their own unique creativity. I also believe we are closest to our true selves when we are expressing that creativity.
I have ten years experience teaching a wide variety of art classes to grades k-12, at Valley Oak Charter School in Ojai, and many more years experience teaching to children and adults.
I home schooled both my kids, and have a great love of Waldhorf, and nature based arts.
I love teaching people to see the value in things considered “trash,” and find many ways to reuse those items. I am passionate about finding ways to teach people about other cultures, inclusiveness and ways to be more environmentally and socially responsible.
I work in a never ending variety of mediums, including, watercolor, acrylic and mixed media painting, fiber arts, sewing, sculpture and much more.
